Esther Z. Farmer is a retired Assistant Chief of Police from the Miami Police Department, where she served with distinction for 28 years in law enforcement. Esther is a Senior Police Advisor with Justice & Security Strategies where she provides support for violent crime reduction programs, and body-worn camera programs, including working with over 20 corrections and jails across 16 states to support their grant projects under the BJA’s National Body-Worn Camera Program.
